Welcome and good luck with your plants! Sorry to hear about the poor germination rates.. 18/120 is unacceptable.

I've purchased seeds from peppersbymail.com and had an overall good experience. Check out their seed collections for the best deals.

Hi and Welcome. I'm out in Baldwin County. I have a lot of seeds but I expect you're way outside the window for starting a crop from seed this year. Probably a lot more bother than it's worth.

All I can recommend is to select 20 known super hot peppers and grow them the best you can. If you were to ask this forum community what the 20 hottest peppers were you would get hundreds of conflicting answers based on personnel opinion.
Further, I am of the opinion that a hot peppers heat can be conditional of its growing conditions and environment.

A chocolate Bhutlah can be hotter or less hotter that a Carolina reaper.

I like your style. I grow for heat and believe me there are some amazing flavors in the high heat range. The world is just starting to tap into the complex Superhot flavor ranges. Sounds like you're off to a good running start. Hope you find some real bangers.

They should make weaker versions of the superhots so it's not just chiliheads like us who get to eat them.

?. I disagree. Super jets are what they are and I would not change anything about them. I, myself have a low tolerance compared to the majority of other chiliheads. That is the card I was dealt and I have just learned how to take advantage of it and still enjoy the hottest super hot peppers on the planet. It's called moderation, modification and application.

It's not like eating the hottest pepper in the world makes your dick any bigger. I don't want the superhots gone, I just want there to be a weakened version that people can seek out if they want.

Not the point I was attempting to make. If you want less heat with the same flavor, use less pepper. You don't have to eat the whole thing. That's where powder rules.
