Hi from Taipei!

I've been growing peppers and making hot sauce for about a year now and am thinking I might want to start making larger batches for sale. I am talking to a few farms to help me grow the peppers I want and I am hoping to have something ready in the next 12 months. If anyone has any tips or tricks or experience dealing with producing large quantities, I would love to hear about it.
