Wild fruit ID?

Well, may or may not be wild. There are also blackberry bushes nearby that have been there since I can remember (first year fruiting though!). All I really know is that the fruits are sour and they seem to have a single seed in the middle. I'm sure they're probably immature/unripe.

Edit: I haven't eaten one because I don't know if they're edible or not. Biting into one reminded me of a crab apple though.

The leaves definitely do look similar. I'll definitely keep a look out for that once they ripen. I'd never seen this before and I've lived here for years. Just happened upon it the other day, so it's completely new to me.

I'm pretty sure thats what you got there. Let it get fully ripe and make some wine!
