I'm growing a stupid amount of hot peppers this year. 130 plants. I probably should have grown fewer of them. No I don't even know people that like spicy food.

I suggest you make a lot of powder/flakes and freeze what you figure you'll use between now and the next harvest.

I'm still working on frozen peppers from last year actually... and this year my garden is bigger and hotter. I guess I got a little too focused on getting good at growing them. I will definitely dry a bunch this year, if only so they take up less space in my freezer.
