#1 looks KINDA like a sugar rush peach but #2 looks like an unripe bishops hat to me. Or maybe white fantasy like hogleg said. No clue on #3 though

If it was bishops hat what color would it mature into

Bishop's crown ripens to red, this one looks like a white chili. Could very well be Aji White Fantasy, from what I can see online. Third reminds me of this: http://thehotpepper.com/topic/47226-unknown-peruvian-jungle-pepper-found-in-the-amazon-aji-maqusari/page-2#entry1558713
 
Also, what is the Aluminum sulfate link for?

Yeah, the second looks like Bishop's crown or Fantasy, and the third definitely reminds me of aji arnaucho.

3rd is most likely either Aji Arnaucho or maybe Aji Limo. Both are medium heat chinenses. Both will eventually ripen to red but limo pods are supposed to be longer. Arnaucho will go from the green/purple to pale yellow to peach to orange to red.

I clicked and grabbed the embed links and it does not do it for me. Please remove them from any future links, and also your computer may be infected and posting them. I'd suggest using THP to upload, or imgur.
