For $99 I may try it. Cold smoke cheese, nuts, maybe even salmon, and then grill it to cook it.

I wonder what would happen if you used it to fill the pressure cooker with smoke just before latching the lid. It seems like it would add a layer of flavor to whatever you were cooking? Although I have never done eggs in a pressure cooker.

Hmmmm.......

Wouldn't you be exhausting the smoke while pressurizing?  It might work if you could hold it for an hour or so before heating it up.......

I bought one of these and love it.

https://www.hammache...CCABEgK8YPD_BwE

I caught a lot of shit here tho so I quit posting about it. It's marketed as an indoor smoker but it's basically a pressure cooker/slow cooker/rice cooker that has a smoke feature. It will cook meat under pressure with smoke or it will cold smoke cheese etc. A wide variety of uses that doesn't always require wood chips. I love this thing. I think people were just jealous.

I think when dudes graduate from Chef School and finally shave their beards, they go to New Mexico and spend a week in a sweat hut and smoke Peyote. Then they come out with all kinds of epiphanies on what kind of "new and exciting" directions they want their careers to go. After they "borrow" a million dollars from daddy-O, they open a place that seats 9, in Manhattan called something like; "Sense In The Dark" where you are escorted to your table by a hot girl dressed in Black Vinyl and wearing night vision goggles (because it's pitch black for the utmost sensory deprivation) and served a drink called a "Smoking Clam" made with clam shells, Swedish Ice and house made Vodka served with a puff of smoke, for $1,200.

Yep, that who uses them things.

You forgot Grant. He worships that thing.
