Made some Kefir and drained it making up 3/4quart of cream cheese basically. One cucumber un-peeled, a bulb of Garlic. Fresh basil from the garden about 2 cups, 1/4 cup fresh Oregano and a few pinches fresh rosemarry. A couple fresh Roma tomatoes too.
