Weird leaf change is it bad?

Leaf comes out green and healthy and after a week of green it turns yellow with dark brown/black spots. It doesn't seem to be affecting any other plant. The plant itself isn't affected by it either as you can see in the picture it's the one with few leaves but has flower buds. They were free seeds, supposedly Naglah Red. Anyone know what it is and how to fix/regulate?

I water when they look like they need it and the ferts I'm using are fox farms trio at half strength. All four plants received the same amount of ferts.

Over fertilization would result in burnt edges of the leaves.

With plants that big, you could easily use full strength ferts so not sure why your using half strength.

You could try to green up the leaves with some Epsom salts diluted in some water.

Also, it's a bit hard to tell from the pic, what sized pots are they in?

The pots are starter size maybe 3in deep by 4in across. I haven't potted them up since they were doing so well other than that one that keeps dropping leaves. I'll switch to full strength soon and I'll give epsom salt a try.

That is a very small pot for a plant of that size, I'd also suggest a much larger pot while you're at it.

I have their pots ready but since they are going to be exclusively grown indoors I figured they can stay put a little longer. At this point, I'm not sure that Naglah will make it.
