health What Is Wrong With My Cayanne Pepper Plant?

Hello, I have a Cayanne Pepper plant in a pot (plastic cup) and there seems to be an issue that has been going on for a while now. The leaves have a light weird coloration and also have spots on them. I give this plant a healthy amount of water but never let it get too wet and I fertilized it a few weeks ago with the same amount of fertilizer I gave my other peppers (which had no problem and actually became a darker green and grew more). But it did nothing to this plant. This particular plant is growing very slowly while the others are all growing quickly. Does anyone know what may be wrong with it and how to fix it? Thank you for reading.

It could possibly be just a weak plant. You could try putting it in a larger pot with high quality potting mix, or simply cull it.

Yes, I try to get it in the sun as often as possible. It looks a bit greener today after fertilizing it again. All of the other plants were growing peppers and are now in the ground. I did not put this one in the ground yet since it is so far behind. I am going to try and see if I can get it healthy again, repot it and probably just end up giving it to someone to keep inside for the winter, this is if it gets healthy again.
