Weird Looking Habs

Any photos of the flower? That looks a lot like one of the low heat baccatum varieties. Bishops Crown or similar type. A flower pic would help confirm the species. But the pod really looks like a baccatum to me.
Definitely not a habanero and I would agree with Black Fatalli that it's a Bishops Crown.
My first season I got what I thought were red habs that turned out to be Bishops Crown. Where did you get your seeds?
Bishops Crown is very mild and tasty (mine had no heat, like a bell pepper) and were good sliced up and put on salads.

100% Baccatum, most likely Baccatum is bishops crown which is one tasty snacking pepper. But it looks like Bakers Creek doesnt not have Bishops crown in their seed index.FrenChilli said:
Yes, what you have is a baccatum variety for sure. The flower is a dead giveaway. On the bright side, many baccatums have really great flavor. Just don't expect it to be anywhere near habanero heat levels.
