I stock up on milk before ordering peppers. I'll get cap cramps anyway but nowhere near as intensely.

I have two of these growing, doing great with lots of pods.

My question; are these supposed to red or brown?

This version ripens to a caramel color. There is a brown one out there, but I haven't seen it yet.
