Ideas for a ghost/scorpion pepper sauce

I love hot sauces that are vinegary and have a lot of bite to them. I currently have about 10-15 ghost peppers, 5-10 scorpions, and a few red habaneros. I want to make a sauce that is reminiscent of Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce or something with that same type of bite. If you have suggestions please let me know, I'm still new to making sauces so as much info as possible would be great. 
 
This is the one i just did but i doubt its as hot. Yours should be much hotter if you use the Scorpions instead of my mystery peppers. Mine turned out killer and yielded 2 5oz woozies.

7 Ghost peppers
4 Mystery peppers
1 MOA red bonnet
1 Bell of Gollu
1 Golf ball size red shallot
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Cumin seed, Black mustard seed and heaping 1/2 tsp coriander seed because its more bulky
1/2 tsp sea salt (heaping)
5 tbs of the cook down water strained
3 tbs ACV
1 tbs lime juice
