Nice place you have here

I may just hang for awhile.  Specifically, I'm looking for fermentation advice.  I grow a small crop every summer for personal use and friends who can keep up.  This year, I'm tending 3 Thai black scorpion tongues, 2 standard orange habs, 5 mustard habs, 1 weirdo chocolate hab that arose from my mustard hab seeds, and 7 reapers.  The dehydrator is working overtime!

Cheers and welcome. You will probably get better informed by searching reading searching and reading some more. Ive read a few posts i'm not ready for fermentation myself but good luck. Plenty od pepper heads here lol
