Signing in from Michigan...have my first ferment going on as we speak and with a little luck we'll turn it into hot sauce! As of now I smoke Hab's, Jalapenos and Leuschauer paprika peppers that in turn get turned into cherry and peach chipotle preserves.....glad I found you guys!
