Help With Measurements

This is my very first attempt at making a hot sauce.

I've read through lot's of the recipe's on here, and there seems many different way's to make them.

Anyway, i'm not certain of what ingredients work well with what, and what measurements to use for the amount of sauce i want to make.

I like hot fruity sauces!

The foods i have at my disposal are:

150 orange habs
80 Aji Limon
fresh pineapple
onions
garlic
ginger
limes
honey
white distilled vinegar
bell peppers
brown sugar
salt

I want to fill 1, 2 litre jar (big) only (as it's my first sauce)

I know i've got way more habs/Aji Limon than i need, so i'm freezing what i don't use.

If someone could give me a rough idea of what measurements of the above foods to use - to fill a 2 litre jar, and tell me if any of the above may not be a good idea together.

I'm kinda looking for a hot, lime/pineapple - top-heavy kinda sauce.:D

BTW, i only got some Aji Limon today and they are new to me. They have a distinctive lemon taste, very nice.
