Sauce separated

I just noticed this while I was in my fridge. This sauce has mangoes onions peppers vinegar a little salt and sugar in it. Any idea what this clear liquid might be that separated to the bottom? This bottle had never been opened by the way and there were several bottles just like it although not all were.

You never know what will separate or when, if it bothers you you can buy some xanthan gum (natural) and add a tiny bit, and it will emulsify. 
It doesnt bother me as long as its normal lol. I shook one and you cant tell the difference. Just didnt know there was there was that much clear liquid in my sauce
