Me too, that delayed start will work :) have been discarding the seeds save for a small amount of each time in the beginning but now I'm harvesting and drying out large quantities for donation/trading :) I'll throw some dried pods in the train if I'm allowed

Jeff, Lovely pictures.
I see you have couple of pepper bonsai plants.

Can you guide me on how to create a pepper bonsai? Or please point me to any existing resources?

It’s pretty straight forward. You pick the plant you want to save and chop down the top growth. Dig it up and hose off all the old soil (to avoid bringing in pests) then repot it with fresh soil. Trim the roots as needed to fit the new pot.

After a few weeks the new growth will start to come in. From there you just trim it to shape it.

Says it was delivered this morning. My sister says nothing has come, hopefully she is messing with me or the neighbors have it. I'm still at work, when I get home I'll check.

Let me know. If need be I can start an investigation. They record the GPS of every delivery scan.
