Appetizer Anyone?

Just made these...it's a Trini/Guyanese snack that we love ..called Pholourie...pronounced Po-lor-ree.Its a mix
of split peas flour&APF combined with salt,turmeric/roasted cumin,green seasoning & a few other thingies.
Batter rested a bit then deep fried,accompanied with a tangy tamarind dip...with a few of that famous wiriwiri. ;)
