[Oct 8] What are you working on this week?

Sadly starting to get ready for our first real snow fall of the year....I honestly cannot believe how miserable the weather has been the past month, it went from +26c one day the next it dropped to +5 and has been hovering around that ever since. It was well below the seasonal norms even for this area as we normally have longer winters then the rest of the province. 10-15cm TWC is calling for but local radio says 15-25cm...guess we should prep for the worst.

Welcome to Zone 3, brutha! Lousy late Spring, equally lousy early Fall.

This has simply been a shit season for some of us. Be happy it's not the norm....I sure am.

Hehe yeah this years spring was extra bad ....My wife and I been up here about 10-11 years now and the past 2 years have been by far the worst in that time. I think it was maybe 3-4 years I was picking blueberries still in mid Oct while making a tent camp for 3 days or so at a time. The nights were pretty cool but day time highs were easily mid to high teens even hitting the low 20s for a week, then this crap bleh...

Rearranging some parts of the basement to create grow room/tent/box. Wondering if its worth putting a electric heater on the porch for the plants.

Is it a closed type thing Dragon or open air?? Like it certainly would make a difference if they getting enough light and not getting slammed by the cooler temps as of late. Not sure how you guys are making out west I have not really paid much attention.

Will be covered, waiting next pay to get the coverings, have the lights. :)
Weather is just not what it used to be, will be the norm to have alternative ways of growing, the season is just getting shorter and shorter.

Last of the harvest. Got requests for reaper jelly through friends and family, so the bumper crop won't go to waste. Playing around with doing homemade tortillas. Finding a good water /massa harina ratio, salt level, thickness. 1st trail was damn close, should be dialed in next batch.
