Massive Growth

Look at this buffet waiting to happen! The stuff dreams are made of.

Hahh, it's actually a mumbo jumbo of a few plants. Trinidads and Morugas. They are being fed fish poop 24/7 - 365. Plus there are red wiggler worms wrapped around the roots of the plants adding their Vermiculture. The branches can't hold up the weight of the peppers so they are leaning over the side of the grow beds. I have a non stop supply of fiery hot peppers for 7 to 8 months a year. Each plant has peppers in various stages of growth. Whenever I harvest all of the ripe peppers there will be more ripe peppers within a week or two. It is simply amazing. And I have multiple plants growing in multiple grow beds. It's like a science project that has opened a gateway to another dimension. And I love every single ounce of it.

Well, It seems that January things stop growing, or the peppers stop growing. February can be brutal. Then March things start to sort of grow. April we get some peppers. May is good. June is OK. July is dead but at least the buds start to come out. Then August through December are rock solid peppers upon peppers. This is the first year that I've truly cultivated and used every single pepper growing. All of my years of experimentation on sauces and flavors did not see me become the farmer that I am today. Motivation is one hell of a thing. But my plants are just incredible. And these are only 7 month old plants. I lost my monster plans last year to the freeze. Who knows what this garden will do next year?

When you say fish poop and red wigglers I think aquaponics. Is this your setup and if so can you share more info?
 
Yes. I'd be happy to share info. So far as I can tell, I've managed to fumble my way into the most incredible hot pepper garden in the known world. As I was building my secret hot sauce formula I kept improving the actual aquaponics garden. I've grown tomatoes, okra, sweet peppers, strawberry's, eggplant, cucumber and a multitude of other types of vegetables including leafy plants like spinach and swiss chard. But my love is all about the hot pepper. And it turns out that hot peppers do incredibly well in a properly engineered system. Here is my garden - EasyPonix
 
As stated previously, I've developed a delicious hot sauce that is primarily made up of super hot gourmet peppers. There has to be a minimum of 5 full peppers in every bottle. Maybe more. We pick the peppers fresh and make the sauce right away. All in all the experience has only caused me to love hot peppers and aquaponics all the more. Here is my sauce Captain Caliente
