The look reminds me of some old school Blair's sauces. Sounds tasty.
Well, I keep trying it. The heat is really good, lasts long, and it keeps the flavor going too. But this flavor is too much of ginger etc. I wad hoping to taste x pepper itself, but I guess it provides heat, not the flavor to the sauce. I still like my Scorpion Pepper Co sauce bettah! About the same heat and true pepper flavor with no fillers.

I have to deal with the pain of eating several peppers a day so I can save seeds from each type I ended up with. I've frozen most of what I've ordered but am not done getting all the seeds I want to.
After I'm down to just pods in the freezer, I'll get into hot sauces and stuff more. I hate for food to rot and have to be thrown out.

There are probably political, ethical and economic reasons not to eat real vanilla but the fake stuff is so lacking by comparison.
Make me fake vanilla that tastes better than the real deal and I'll never use pods again but I don't see that happening for a LONG time.
I have the first version of the sauce, too much turmeric, but the heat was good. There's a sauce that's hotter i have from Puckerbutt called gator sauce. If i see this sauce at the fiery foods show in march i might pick it up.
