Green Cayenne Hot Sauce ?

When I was a kid, the only available commercial sauce I recall was "Tabasco." My dad would grow "Cow Horn" peppers and pickle them green in Mason jars. We ate the pickled peppers with our meals and poured the hot vinegar over our greens and other such foods as an alternative "hot sauce."  I later found out that those peppers were a Cayenne variety. I've made it for years ever since and now taking a hobby to commercial, replicated the same basic recipe using Reaper as the sole pepper with my own twist.
 
Pickle some green Cayenne and give it a whirl, you won't be disappointed.
