Just some average homemade sausage gravy with hot breakfast sausage made from pigs walking a day prior to the machine! Oh yeah, over biscuits and what not...

For carnitas pato.

 

But mines frozen.

 

And needs a coupla' days to thaw.

 

In the fridge.

Yep mine was thawing in fridge since Thursday.

Leftovers definitely going into tacos too. :)

rubbed. drowned. crock-potted 8 hours on the down-low. finished under broiler to caramelize BBQ sauce.
