Young Pepper Plants Drooping and yellow

Recently I have started some pepper plants indoors and my two larger ones have been showing some issues. The first one Has the seedling leaves turning yellow and the ends of the leaves after that showing a little bit of yellow. the leaves are hanging low and the top ones are curling like a bowl.

The Second plant has the leaves hanging low and starting to curl. The whole plant is a lighter green now and some leaves have small tan marks on them. The top leaves are also curling upwards like a bowl.

You just described the early onset of nitrogen deficiency. Although, I don't really see that in the photos. For the 2nd plant it's also hard to see the color difference under artificial lights. Red/blue spectrum lighting makes it difficult to see actual color, which is a big part of identifying problems. Light stress can even cause yellow & purple discoloration or "sunburnt" leaves.
Whole plant light green or yellow sounds like improper aeration or inadequate drainage leaving the roots constantly moist. Let them dry slightly before watering again.
Leaves cupping or curling upward is pretty normal. Might be N deficiency, Mg, light, heat, water, humidity, wind exposure, pests, virus, root rot, transplant shock, or simply plant genetics. In the case of your plants, at this point it doesn't appear to be a significant issue. If you want a specific diagnosis, start by describing any pertinent details in your grow conditions (type of soilless media, feed & watering habits, fan speed, photoperiod, light type and proximity, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera). Also post some pictures of them under plain lights.

Very thankful you posted those follow up links NECM...I thought to myself after I left that I should of at least mentioned to consider bacterial/disease possibilities as well which was happy to see you do so pretty quickly.

Im back again. This pepper plant has grown pretty big, however the problem with the spots still persists. The plant has yellowing spots that get larger with time. At first i thought it might be how close the Grow light was but further research seems to shut that theory down. Along with the yellow spots, the stem to the leaves seem brown on top going length ways. I dont quite know if this is a disease or not, because the plant is doing so well. Suggestions?
