I'm interested in buying some clavo red pods.

Figure most everyone's season is over and this is more rare but am posting anyway.

If you have seeds, maybe I'll try to grow something again

Thanks!

What I gather from different reviews is a black peppery kind of heat (spiky/gritty), that builds and hits different areas over a half hour, constantly rising slowly until it peaks then drops off, and it tastes like a citrusy sweet red bell pepper, and would be good for cooking. Sounds freakin awesome.

I have seeds on the way from fatalii. Had to order 2 of them to hit the minimum so I'm sure I'll have some to spare. I plan on doing an indoor grow with them through the winter

The burn intrigues me and I want to experiment with it and sauce, like cooking pasta sauce etc... but also hot sauce... ;)

SL3 sent me his personal notes from when he tasted it and he noted the burn was a more aggressive burn than any superhot he's tasted... hit like a neverending hornet's nest lol! If that is true, I think at lower levels of the pepper in the sauce, you can create a neverending tingle... and try mixing other peppers etc...

Basically the burn pattern piques my interest plus it's like a sweet red bell so score. Will try stir fries, etc.

Very cool. From what I've read, it was created by Mario Dadomo. He's since past but you can find brief mention of his work in the archives of THP. Any pepper created by someone that's made it their life's work is definitely worth carrying on.

Nigels review of it indicated a burn that just radiated around top and under the tongue. Sounds fairly interesting.

Not sure the last time you tried a fresh goatsweed Pookie, but it sounds like a very aggressive similar burn to me.
