ontario canada, first big harvest

hey everyone! researching doing my first hot sauce, and now i signed up and it says to post an introduction message here.
 
i'm new to home gardening and cultivating hot peppers, but i had two large freezer bags of habaneros left over so i have been trying to figure out how to make a bunch of hot sauce. this website has a lot of great information, and i hope i'll be allowed to ask my novice question.
 
as of right now, i'm putting frank's on basically everything, and it works okay but getting a little monotonous. since i have the means, i want to attempt to make a badass sauce of my own that's much more wicked and homegrown and made myself. it's a satisfying feeling when you grow your own.
