Carolina Reaper Plant Problem

So over the past week some of the leaves on my Carolina Reaper plant have randomly turned half brown/grey and fell off. I water this plant every few days and make sure it does not get too wet. It is also kept at a constant tempature of around 72 degrees and is under grow lights in my room. Does anyone know what may be wrong?

Definitely showing signs of overwatering. Is this an overwinter? Even if it is I am assuming you are wanting some growth out of it since you have it under lights, so I would seriously consider putting it in a larger pot with some fresh soil.

I'm not sure about the leaves, but I agree with the others.  That stem looks like it's too wet.  I've lost several prized plants to the same problem.  Try stripping some leaves and carefully potting it up higher on the stem with a mix that drains well.  I'd add soil around the roots, water, then put dry on top around the stem.  Add a fan for some airflow.  I can usually save 75% if I catch them early enough.
