I know this BBQ in America is very popular! People I heard smoke the meat for 24 hours. This create immense smoke flavor for eating delight. The wood makes different flavors even. And now I heard of smoking the pepper pods too! Is the BBQ spice added? Or the brime?
I heard of this meat called the butt. And this made me wonder if the name it butt because, if you eat so much of this smoked tasting meat, then the result that comes out has to be still smoked. Right? So the poo smells smokey too? I need to know for a reason.
