Chinese Quantum LED boards

I've been looking at purchasing a grow light as right now I germinate and wean onto sunlight from day 1 which is a hassle and gets annoying. I am not a big fan of purple lights as if seen from outside it might give off the impression that I'm growing something else... I think I am going to try this light board out . 
I will be buying a cooler spectrum of 4000k. It is coming from China so it will probably take over 2 weeks.
Do any of you guys have experience with Chinese LED's?

so its a HLG 65 clone. nice that they include the ppfd chart.
 
about half the price. about 1/3 the light intensity.
 
looks like eu plug so maybe ask for us or you will have to convert it.
 
worth getting and trying out i guess, i would probably just go for the american brand tho.

Yeah its a HLG clone, they have other versions with different chips however ranging up to around 64 dollars for the 65w clone. Here in Thailand they use EU plugs, I would have no issue shelling out the regular price if I was in the US but getting it shipped here + customs is gonna be pricy.
 
I only need the lights for 2 weeks worth of growth before transitioning outdoors
 
i can be interested too because here in italy i can not buy original panel sold on amazon us.
looking to buy on other site. have to search on aliexpress too
