4 Week Old Plant, Started Flowering

This Unknown pepper variety  plant is grown from seed (sowed in coco-coir), no fertilizer , normal garden soil . Within first two week with only 2 set of leaves it started producing buds , and now its 4 weeks and it has 2 -3 buds , I repeat not even single fertilizer used . Is this normal . I will update the post wheather it produce pepper or not , also Parent plant from which seeds were harvested is dying . I will add picture of that also .Photos attached
