[Dec 3] What are you working on this week?

Lumbre based hot sauce. Something mild for tacos and nachos. A bit less acidic too.
 
Another homemade mustard or two. Honey bourbon for sure and maybe a Jim Beam apple bourbon.
 
Need to check the market for a couple REALLY hot sauces for gifts. I dont have enough ghosts to make it atm and i really dont like making super sauces in the winter anyway.
 
Im leaving for Houston tomorrow. About to grill up some brats and finish some paperwork. Arranging limo pick up, staying at a 4 star on a 1 star budget while there for meetings. Never been to texas but theres a lot of petroleum work down there not to mention its going to be a lot warmer. My new boss claims he doesnt have cap receptors and has eaten sauces 12mil scoville and more. Tempted to bring some sauce to call him on his bs lol.

$100 says that some of your "Angry Jack" sauce will have him singing a different tune, lol
 
Everything I would have done this week AND next.  I'll lose next week to jury duty.  For the THIRD time.  Now, please don't misunderstand.  It is my duty to serve in this respect and I truly believe, in order for someone to have a better understanding of our justice system, everybody should do it at least once.  But, COME ON.  Three times?????
 
Wish I had this kind of luck when I buy lottery tickets.   :rolleyes:
 
 
Second week at the new job... so mostly I'm working on getting good at a new programming language FAST. It's going better than I expected.
 
On the pepper front, trying not to kill more plants, and succeeding about 50% of the time. Not great! Not great at all. But it's not like I have room to get all the ones I have into three-gallon bags anyway.

That sounds tasty! I love ramps. In a hot salt sounds awesome, like an onion salt.
 
I am always late to the party on these weekly threads but I do rather enjoy them...
 
It has been cold here even by North Western Ontario standards...night time lows getting close to the -30s and daytime highs sitting around the -20 range, mind you it is going to warm up this weekend to around -5 or so which will feel like shorts and Tee's weather after this crap. But when I have not been working boredom is killing me....been trying to finish up my grow box for the 2019 season...just waiting on a few more light strips to come in the mail (shakes angry fist at Canada Post).
 
Looking forward to starting my first glog very soon just need to take some pics of the box next few days before I get started.
