Equal Parts of Growing Medium

This is first time  i am trying different medium . I am buying seeds of some hot peppers at very high price (2$ for 10 seeds ) .
I will use equal parts of Coco , CowDung Manure , Normal soil and Perlite and  to this handful of vermicompost and 2 tbsp of bonemeal and neem cake each .
Will this work good for growing AjiLemon , BhutJholokia , Habanero Orange and Carolina reaper .Also Fertilze with balanced npk 20:20:20 (diluted to 1/4 strength),Epsome Salt and Calcium Nitrate  every other 15 day

Equal parts Coco coir , Compost , Soil , perlite/vermiculite has worked well for me.

You should be fine as long as the cow manure is mature and composted.

You'll learn , there is no such thing as normal soil. ;)

Enjoy your grow.

By normal soil i mean dust/sand which we usually find at our backyard when we dig earth . Cow manure is totally black in color and smell like earth . I have peat moss too but its too costly (1$  for Kg ) in that amount i can get 5 kg compressed coco brick .Cow manure available at 3$ for 40kg bag .  I bought some seedlings for nursery , One in compost only and growing slowly, one in  80% peat moss and20% manure and gwoing crazy

Any manure on it's own is too strong.
20-25 % manure sounds good , as you have seen with your own results .
I like coco coir for any stage of the growth.
