Started making hot sauce a few months ago to replicate a hot sauce we got as a gift. Was a sauce with Trinidad Scorpion peppers and it was the first time I heard (well basically read) about superhots. Was normally used to Habanero or hot curries since I love the heat. However, could not find the hot sauce online and said at home that I would like to try to recreate the sauce... how hard could it be right but after some research, I found Carolina Reapers, Ghost peppers, and looked at fruit combinations. Before I knew it I was experimenting with different recipes. Just bought 200 woozy bottles to share with friends/family/colleagues for Christmas. Love the artisinal part. Work as a researcher big data as a day job, and love to be away from the screen working with awesome peppers.... As long as people are happy with my hot sauce, I am happy!
So, hope to learn a lot! Been following this forum for a while and it is time to exit the shadows and participate in an awesome community.
