Hello from South Florida

Home garden hot sauce maker here!
I didn't want my peppers to go to waste, so I'd make big batches of hot sauce and give them out to friends and my local bar.
Recently, I was convinced to start selling them, by my friend that owns the bar.  So I started small batch bottling my sauces. Been buying  5oz  bottles off amazon.
So far in the last month I've sold 100 bottles.  I'm just shocked that its selling lol.
Now I'd like to look into what it would take to upscale this project.
I want to do do my research,
1. what kinda equipment do i need,
2. where to get supplies cheap, bottles and other stuff
3. If i had to source peppers or produce, where to get them.  (Reaper, Ghost, & other unique peppers)
4.Who do I take to if I want to make this a true small business ???

I love to cook and experiment with flavor combo in the sauce.
Maybe 2019 might be a start of something cool.

Any advice would be appreciated.

THANKS YOU'LL !!!!! Glad to be here
