Hi, I'm Luke and I first got interested in chillies when a local farmer brought what was then the hottest chilli in the world, the Ghost chilli plant to a fair at my place of work. He was selling them for £5 each so I bought one and dreamt of creating a chilli sauce company. I tried a few recipies with no success and then forgot about it for a few years. I then read an article last year about the Dragon's Breath becoming the hottest in the world. Being from wales it re inspired me and I impulse bought the http://www.welshchilli.com domain name and looked into fermentation ( the sauces I created before were not shelf stable). I am going to begin my journey this month and will be documenting everything on YouTube. I have ordered my Dragon's Breath seeds and will be sprouting them in a couple of weeks all being good.

I seem to remember that Dragons Breath is just a reselected Infinity Pepper and all the talk of it being the new world's hottest chilli was just hype and not true. Plus it's English I believe. But don't let that stop you!
