Meatfreak's 2019 Grow

Hi all, been a while since I've posted something here. I did grow in 2018 but no glog that year as life was to busy as it was. However I made some good progress on my own crosses again and 2019 will be an continuation of my years of work. No clear idea yet which varieties I will grow this year but it will mostly consist of my own ones. To start of this glog I will share some pictures of my 2018 pods.

Past 2 years I haven't had any green plants showing up on my Pimenta Lisa grow out, F7 this year.

Lovely variety there Meatfreak!  Any suggestions on where to get some good / unique seeds?  It's getting harder and harder to trust online seed shops for me...
Check out the vendor vault section of the forum.
And the classifieds/market section, to start with.

Nice crosses! That shit goronong is pretty wicked
Thanks man, pretty happy with that one. Been lucky as I've only gotten 1 white plant out of 40 plants!

Stefan I am interested to know if you are continuing with MFP J26 ..... I caught a photo from Sandra Tipton what an amazing pod. Good to hear from you. All the very best for 2019
Absolutely! MFPJ26 is a awesome cross that produced a lot of cool pheno's. The one that you saw from Sandra was actually an offpheno as they turned Orange instead of Peach but I will add that one to list for growing out. Should have looked like this (its hard to capture the Peach color correct with my phone :( )

Last year I found another interesting pheno that was really pale peach.

No idea to be honest, as I don't buy seeds. I only know there's a lot of sites out there but a lot asked way to much $$ for seeds.

Glad to see you back on the grow log forum, Stefan.
I always admire your hand with the peppers.  Looks
to be another interesting year   !!
It sure will be interesting again, Paul. Thanks for stopping by!

Loving the Pimenta Lisa pods, nice work
Thank you :)

Besides the peppers crossing I also started a couple of tomato crosses 2 years ago. Overwinter I grew out F1's but only managed to get fruits from 1 plant which produced a nice variety of pheno in 2018. These two were my favorite.

And some more pod pics from 2018

Stefan I think all will agree this is a must for your grow out list .... what a superb pheno ... as you can see your not the only one that sends seed out to Sandra ... she certainly has “green fingers”

Yeah I know John, that's why I sent her some of my work. She's a incredible grower! And this pheno certainly ticked all the boxes for what I had in mind with this cross when I made it. Here's a picture of the red pheno from this cross.

Think you can guess one of the parents by now  The red still has a lot of variation in podshape but will improve through selection overtime.

Really looking forward to seeing this list mature .... I am sure you will have a fruitful season
Pretty sure I will if I look back at the 2018 season which was pretty good, I'm now 2 months ahead of back then :shh:

Looks like it will be awesome though man  :metal: :metal:
Go big or go home, it's the only way to be able to see some variation on the hybrids I'm growing.

How's the polly-tunnel holding up? It's been several years now.

Good luck this season!
Thanks Scott, funny you asked this as it has been storming since past weekend with winds up to 55mph! As you can imagine I was quite worried about any damage but when I visited the garden allotment she was still going strong. Couldn't say the same about a lot of other gardens, really sad, loads and loads of damage. This is gonna be the 7th season I will be able to use it.
