Mat from Melbourne, Australia here! Excited to be apart of the forum and looking forward to learning more about growing peppers and Australian Hot Sauces.
 
I'm currently growing some Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Scorpion and Ghost Peppers for the first time
 
I'm also opening up a new online Hot Sauce store in Australia called "Mat's Hot Shop" launching on March 1st which is exciting. If you live in Australia i'm currently doing a competition to win a year's worth of hot sauce - www.matshotshop.com

Hey Mat from Melbourne!  Welcome to THP.  You found the right place.
 
We've got several Aussies in our ranks, a couple of which make some pretty great hot sauce.  I imagine they'll be along directly - they're probably on a walkabout avoiding the 170 thousand things that kill y'all down there.  :)
