Getting my feet "wetter"

Hi all. I've been growing standard peppers for years. Cayenne, jalapeno, tabasco, habanero, etc. Just the stuff you see in your typical lawn & garden areas of the big chain stores.
So I've been lurking on this forum for several months now & decided to join. I tried fermenting a large batch of habaneros this past fall & failed. (Had to throw it out.) But I did freeze or dehydrate quite a few pods, and gave away a bunch at work. Lots of Hispanic friends there and I received quite a bit of praise for my habaneros, so I must be doing something right.

Branching out this year & just ordered several varieties of seeds, that are all new to me, from White Hot Peppers. Hoping to get into sauce making after next harvest. Also curious to see what my friends at work think about my new offerings in the fall.  :flamethrower:  :shh:
