There are many "variations" of Scotch Bonnets as can be seen by clicking HERE. You'll also notice the row above the pix for variations of this popular pepper. Not all phenos of this strain has the "tam o'shanter" look and many here will attest that the distinctive flavor is what gives these peppers this designation.

Looks like a Bonnet to me. Sort of similar to a B. Goat as well.

I thought I had crossed some SBs with Habs, but it may just be they were a different variety of the same pepper.  I grew my SBs from seeds after I bought a bunch of peppers from a local farmers's market.  Ended up with red-colored peppers from seeds that came out of a yellow SB.  I have 1st generation plants now from seeding them over the winter, and it will be interesting to see what comes up.  Lots of flower buds on all.
