Both of my jalapeno early seedlings curled heavily when they first sprouted, i didnt take any pics or i would show you here but i think youll be ok.
Almost looks like the leaves tried to get to the light before the plant went upright, and you got yourself some upside downers.
At any rate id give them a day or two and see how they look, and i wouldnt add any water.

For some reason it posted the picture upside down lol. Thanks for the advice. All the cells are plenty moist. Ill back off on water for another day or so.
