Just started growing peppers with the intent of making lots of sauces. I've already started dabbling in making sauces with store bought peppers to get me started.
Been trying to absorb as much info from this site as I can for the past couple weeks, so figured I should make an account, since I still have questions I haven't found answers to yet. (Guess we'll see if I post 'em)
