Whats up from The 'Shire

Hey pepper people.
 
The names Keith and I'm from NH. I'm a long time hot sauce aficionado and have toyed with making my own sauces over the years, but am just now looking to get more serious. This looks like the place to be so i'm very much looking forward to learning more and sharing some great recipes and stories.
 
My first goal is to get some assistance in recreating the most delicious sauce i've ever had. It's a chile de arbol based sauce and it's served at a local tacqueria. I've been for the recipe and they've finally given me the ingredients, but i cannot for the life of me figure out the process. So, I am coming to the pros! I will post this in the Hot Sauce Forum under the title "Help with Chile De Arbol Peppers/Sauce"
