Bhuter 2019

Well, hello everybody! Thank you for stopping by! I'm sorry I'm late to the show. It takes me a long while to get started on anything. I've decided to cut down on varieties and just grow what I know I like, and have more plants of those. I'll be adding a few more as they hook. As of right now, here's what's growin':

2019 Growlist

Purple Flower BBG Orange
Antep Aci Dolma (Devv)
Aji Oro (TGCM)
Fluorescent Yellow Superhot ?? WHP
Black Congo (PL)
Cluster BBG (Buckeye)
Red BBG7 (Ocho Cinco 2014)
Bishop's Crown
Brown Moruga (PL)
Peach Bhut (Genetikx)
SB7J (Pex Peppers 2014)
Black Naga x Peri-Peri F3 (Mine)
Pumpkin Bubblegum (Ford's)
7 Pot Cinder Caramel F4 (My seeds and Mojo's seeds. Also have F2 clone overwinter)

Not very far along...but getting there!

Looking good.  Guessing you are a bit behind where they normally would be like most of us in the midwest.  Mine are finally kicking in now that we have had about 10 days in the 90s.   Wish superhots grew like the tomatoes.
Hey, Justin!
Thank you! Yeah, like the butcher who backed into his meat grinder...I got behind in my work. My ambition is taking 2019 off...apparently. I ended up planting 3 of your JRGS X Moruga Yellow. The color of the pod you sent me last fall was similar to a Lemon Drop. A little more "fluorescent-y" than your other pods.

The one you sent me is in the middle.

This squash jumped out of the rack it was in right after purchase and it broke the plant almost all the way off. Thanks to Johnson & Johnson and their line of "Adhesive Strips", we doctored it right up with a Band-Aid (name brand) and crossed our fingers. Well, it kept growing and busted the Band-Aid loose. Here's the progress, the repair, and full view of plant now.

The plant on the bottom left is a Cumari Verdadeira Yellow.

ANNNNNNNNDDDD.......

An early gift from my oldest daughter. She gave birth to a handsome 8lb 4oz boy on July 3, 2019 at 808pm...(just 3 hours and some change shy of landing on his Aunt's birthday, which is 07/04.)

Welcome to the world, Little Man. You've got so much to teach me.

First off....congrats on that beautiful Grandson! Now you get to spoil him and send him home with a belly full of candy. And don't forget the other Grandparent tricks like noisy toys for gifts ;)

Plants look great Adam! What's with the mega cluster?

Keep it green

6 years of failed in-ground tomatoes. Too many walnut trees. Put them in pots instead....they're killin' it!!!

I'm super-impressed with this JRGS x Moruga. It's pretty sinister.

Apocalypse Scorpion. A purchase from the local nursery. I got quite a few unusual varieties there this year.
