Greetings from STL.  I've been a fire-eater most of my life, always looking for a hot challenge to tackle.  I welcome sauce recommendations and/or recipes.  I prefer flavor over extreme heat unless its extreme heat with flavor...time to get those endorphins going

Burns&McCoy Exhorresco.....pretty freaking hot but huge flavor too

Pretty much anything from Pexpeppers will light your up too. I think he has 1 mild sauce.

Go checkout Saucy One on Manchester Rd. I think they have some pretty hot ones you can try.

Thanks for the recommendations, I will definitely check those out.  As for growing I haven't put anything in the ground yet I have a neighbor that supply's me with all kinds of peppers, I still have bags I dehydrated from last year.  I may put sum habanero and ghost or reaper plants in the ground but in my experience the hotter the pepper the smaller the yield I get.  Always do fine with jalapeno and habanero but not the hotter ones.

I grew 1 ghost last year in STL from a BloomIQ seedling i got at the Kirkwood Farmers Market. Its was like $2.00 or $2.50 and i got lots of pods of it in a Tidy Cat pot. Ghost will grow and produce no problems here.

Bayers Garden Shop and nursery on Hampton will have a few hot ones too. I think they had some Scorpions in larger pots last year. A little pricey but they were nice large seedlings. Around $7-$8 each if i recall for the larger ones.
