I need your prayers!

I refuse to start my 2019 GLOG until I see evidence of phototropism, but wanted to show this and ask for help:

With seeds planted in soil, after more than a month in soil, no sprouts have come up.  With a second batch -  after being treated to a twenty-four hour 1/9 hydrogen peroxide to water bath and sitting on wet paper towels for nine days, this is my only hope.  Nothing else even has a tail.  The two others seeds with small tails were prematurely taken out and planted and the baby roots have shriveled up and died.

I'l planting outside on May 24th and should have enough time to nurse and harden this one off by then, but think I am out of time for the others.

I really, really, want to grow this baby out:

It is a Pimenta de Neyde x Bhut Jolokia (F9) possibly (hopefully :) crossed with a Yellow 7 Pot t that was grown right next to it.

I'm doing all that I can:  I gently buried the root and lightly watered around it.  It is under lights now and I hope that by sometime tomorrow, I will see the cotyledon start to straighten out.  I'm fairly confident as I don't remember roots this advanced not surviving a transplant.

Please send all of you prayers my way and I'll hopefully shortly link to my new GLOG.
