Hi! I live in New Caledonia and want order some seeds but custom here ask for 2 thing:
1) - Seed shipment to be covered by a supplier's declaration stating that the seeds are non-genetically modified organisms
2 ) Phytosanitary certificat
Is there a reseller who can provide it?
