Tonight I will be cooking with my own homegrown chili peppers for the first time ever and I'm not sure it would have been possible without THP.  Thanks to all for so much advice and support!

Thanks!  I'm going to use some mystery hybrid bonnets.  I bought the seeds as MOA, but it's clear they were inadvertently crossed with something.  They're spiky!

Used this guy for the marinade.  These are all I got, sorry.  Cooking it up tonight.

Looks good - nothing better than eating food you have grown!  :)

Nah, all my MOA yellows looked weird too but the flavor/heat was bonnet. My MOA reds on the other hand were screamers even though they looked more like bonnets. Flavor was still similar just hot for bonnets. I had early Dreadies all over the place too until the season was well underway.

Were they peas, pigeon peas aka guandules? Best rice combo recipe in the world! We puertorican seat this on special occasions and just about every week. Made some yesterday my self.
