Cold snap leaves turned white

Last night got a little colder than predicted and hit 35 degrees F. My two full size plants (ghost and habanero) have leaves that are wilting and white. My smaller plants from the greenhouse look fine. Do I need to be concerned or will these bigger plants most likely shed the dead leaves and regrow new growth?

I forgot to add that we should be done with the cold weather now. It was almost 70 today and the forecast is calling for more seasonable weather

They'll probably bounce back as long as they didn't get too heavy of a frost.  I have several "accidental" over-wintered plants that saw a great deal of weather in the 30s this winter.  I was expecting them to die during the winter, but they're coming along OK now.

But the damaged leaves will probably all drop, and the plant will need to grow new ones.  So it's definitely a setback.

Your plants would have been further along if you'd have kept them out of these temperatures.
