Will These Plants Form Different Peppers or Will They Be Normal?

I know that the seeds will likely grow hybrids, but will the peppers themselves be different than normal cayanne and jalapeno peppers? I am just wanting to make sure that the peppers THESE plants produce will be normal (as in the cayannes produce typical cayannes and the jalapenos typical jalapenos).

If the seeds those plants sprouted from were not themselves from hybridized plants, the pods from those plants will be 'normal'.
