Stopped Lurking and Signed Up

Been lurking for a while now though I'd sign up. This site is very entertaining and has very good information.
 
I have been growing peppers for myself since the 70s. Started eating peppers in the 50s that my grandfather grew. Not new to growing or making hot sauce and salsas.Ya I'm old but still grow a large garden. This year I planted 55 pepper plants in the garden that I started from seed. 3 in pots in the green house. I bought and planted 3 bells for the wife to make her great stuffed peppers. She will use some hot for me also.

I make my own canned salsa, dried pepper flake, paprika and fermented pepper mash. Run the mash through a squeezo then dehydrate the skins and seeds.
 
No c.chinese for me. To me they tase like acidic acid mixed with borax. One bite and I burp up this terrible taste for about an hour. Love the heat not the flavor.
